We started this blog in a hostel kitchen after a long bus ride, mostly so our parents would know where we were. Years later it is still a notebook, only now other people read it.

We travel slowly and spend more time in fewer places. That means better stories, cheaper trips and a habit of getting happily lost.

Everything on the site is paid for by us. We buy our own tickets, sleep in ordinary places and tell you when something is not worth your time.
